USB 2.0 Support on Proliant DL-360

When I plug a USB 2.0 Device to the USB port of a DL-360 G2 Server it runs only in USB 1.0 mode. What needs to be done to get the USB running in 2.0. USB 2.0 is supported on Prolaiants as per HP. http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/platforms/usb-support.html

You may want to do a system rom bios update. Which DL360 generations is this server?

The G2s do not support USB 2.0.

The information provided in the URL in your mail explains that the DL-360 G2 server Supports USB 2.0 is supported. However, the device will run at the speed of USB 1.1. I would suggest you to update the latest bios and check. What is the OS?
