USB 2.0 Windows 2000 sp4 dl360 g5

after instal win2k server with sp4 on my dl360 g5
i've try copy 2Gb file to pendrive but it's take about 35min.
i've use last smart start 7.9 with support windows 2000 server.

seen similar issue on this Dl360 G5 I think it was W2003 but still no idea why

the most strange is that i have DL360 G4 too with the same OS but ther is everthing all right with USB speed.
anyone have dl360 g5 same server on other OS and facing the same problem ?

is the USB 2 option enabled in System BIOS (RBSU)

yes i've check all setting contain USB information so i'm sure that is correct
and set on USB 2.0
