USB Key defult Boot? DL380 G9
Ive been setting up a new DL380 G9 and would like to use the internal USB port to run unRAID however I am at a loss when getting it to boot from the USB by defult. Due to the version of unRAID running a older kernal the USB needs to boot from legacy mode not UEFI. Any ideas or segestions would be much appreciated!

Re: USB Key defult Boot? DL380 G9
So you can set the boot mode to LEGACY using the systems menu.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: USB Key defult Boot? DL380 G9
Not really dependant on a kernel version, primarily a boot loader limitation. Go into RBSU (F9 System Utilities) and change the boot mode from UEFI to Legacy BIOS Mode
System Configuration - BIOS/Platform Configuration - Boot Options - Boot Mode
