USB Keyboard not working after booting RHEL 6.1 install using Legacy BIOS Mode on Gen9 ML30

Understand that RHEL 6.1 does not support UEFI boot, so configured for Legacy BIOS boot.  vmlinux boots and when screen displays to select language for Red Hat 6.1 install, USB Keyboard is not recognized.  Tried to boot vmlinux using acpi=off parameter, but not working.

Are there other boot parameters that I possibly need to select?

Looking at the ProLiant Minimum Operating System Requirements Matrices, RHEL 6.7 is the minimum supported RHEL version for ML30 Gen9

As a side note I know some systems require a driver to be loaded before USB3 3.0 functions properly, make sure you have the keyboard plugged into a USB 2.0 port
