Re: USB ML-310 G1

I can't find any information about an ML310 "G1" at any HP Web site. Seems that it's either an ML310 (we have one), or an ML310 G2.

Ken, if you don't have a G2, then I think that your USB ports are 1.1. Mahesh had mistakenly directed you to the Quick Specs doc for the G2, which is a later model. I can't find the Quick Specs doc for the earlier ML310.

Re: USB ML-310 G1

Hi Andy,

I wondered about this....I like yourself can't find any direct specs about the ML-310 g1 that talk about the USB. We are looking at purchasing the CLP-510 Samsung laser printer and connecting it to the server using a spare USB port on the HP server. Can you share your thoughts on how the 1.1 port might effect its performance.

Much appreciated.

The quickspecs are available at:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11446_na/11446_na.HTML

You can look this up for other older retired servers on the Product Bulletin page at the following URL:

The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
