Ultra320 SCSI Card install problem
After I installed the card my DL360 G2 Server won't boot up, it stops after it recognizes the onbard array controller, so I'm thinking that's what is causing the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Ultra320 SCSI Card install problem
Could be a compatibility problem with you server. Check the quickspecs of the server under Storage Controllers to see if you have the supported SCSI card:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11049_na/11049_na.html
Also, if you were using another SCSI card to boot the server, then, you should boot with the previous one (take the new one out), install the drivers for the new one, shutdown, install the new one, and reboot the server.

LN

Re: Ultra320 SCSI Card install problem
Does the ILO initialize normally? I believe it should show up right after the 5i in that server.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
