Ultrastar He10 HUH721008AL5200 supported by HPE Gen10 Plus

Hi,

I've a problem with a HGST Ultrastar He10 HUH721008AL5200 8 TB HDD not being recognized in my HPE ProLiant Microserver Gen10 Plus. The HDD does not show up in the BIOS. In the BIOS I've chosen AHCI mode but only my other HDD (Seagate ST8000VN004 8 TB) shows up.

Is the HGST HDD not supported? And which non HPE HDDs are actually supported by the Gen10 Plus?

This has the supported list of HPE Hardware for this server.

Will Non-HPE Hard Disk Drives work with ProLiantServers?
