Unable to boot Proliant 3000

Hello,

I'm not able to turn on my Proliant 3000. When I plug the electricity, the LCD screen shows "Compaq LCD, Model XXXXXXX", and the power supply LED is green. When I put the machine on, the "Warning" LED (on the power supply utnit) blinks green, green , green, green, green, green, green green, yelow, and the computer doesn't start. Does anybody knows why?
