Unable to connect through IRC
We have a ProLiant BL460c in our Blade center, and we are unable to connect to it through IRC or Remote Console.
When connecting through IRC, all we get is a blank gray screen. And when connecting through Remote Console, we get a message saying "No Video."
Also, on the device itself, the Health light is flashing red. And on the Web Administration, there is no temperature reading.
We are able to connect to our other blades in the center, so its just this blade.
If anyone can help us out, before we spend time contacting support. Thanks is advance.

Re: Unable to connect through IRC
The "internal health" LED indicates the some component is failing inside the server and it cannot POST, that's why you're not seeing anything through IRC.
Try to clear NVRAM (the system maintenance switch is on the back, next to the backplane connector and below mezzanine 2). Try reseating DIMMs and mezzanines.

Re: Unable to connect through IRC
Please verify the below before resetting the NVRAM.
1. Try to power on the server and check can you power it on.
2. Make sure there is enough power in the enclosure to power on BL460c.
If the server is not power down there won't be Vedio or the temperature.
Login to OA and see the error message for the server.
You can do that by browsing to Device bays.
Check the server doesn't have any E-Keying error.

Re: Unable to connect through IRC
Well, i know the server is up and working, because I can SSH into it. But, I am not at work now, I will look into your suggestions tomorrow.
