Unable to download HP Service Pack for ProLiant for under warranty DL360P gen8 server

Am attempting to download recently released HP Service Pack for ProLiant SPP2015030.2015_0317.7.iso

 

I have signed in using HP Passport and have checked that HP Passport has my under warranty server listed as "under warranty"

 

When I click the "Obtain software" option I get:

 

"Access to the kiosk product denied. Product number is wrong."

 

I have attempted to navigate to my Product ID 666532-B21 for "DL360P gen8 server" and get this response:

 

"The product you selected, HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server, is not supported in United States or is not a valid product. Please visit Support and Troubleshooting for a list of products supported in this country."

 

The product ID is correct. I have been regularly downloading drivers for this server for which "Entitlement Required" restriction applies without issue. HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8 Server is most definitely a valid product supported in United States.

SPP 2015.03 is apparently not yet available, the main page still points to 2014.09:

After looking at this thread: Re: Unable to HP Service Pack for ProLiant With Active Care Pack, I snooped around the HP ftp server and found the file in this directory here: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/cd-generic/p67859018/v106297/. Hope that this helps you and others find future updates!

I think if SPP is not available at http://software.hp.com then HP may have stopped it for a good but unknown reason. I would be very careful ...

More than likely it is just HP messing up the download pages again...

It would be wise to heed Torsten's advice.

 

The 2015.03 was supposed to be released today, but it was held back. Updating web  pages and file locations are pretty much automated, so at times a page may show up prematurely and may take a day or so to back out.

 

I don't know why it was held back, just that it was.

Thanks for the time all have taken in providing meaningful information here.

I'll take the cautious route and wait for the ISO to become available through the normal download channel.
