Unable to execute SmartStart
So I've had my new DL385 G7 for a few weeks now and recently tried to boot to the SmartStart DVD.
All I get is a blank screen after what appears to be a successful load of the OS from the DVD source.
HP support had me clear NVRAM but that didn't seem to help - anyone else have a similar problem?

Re: Unable to execute SmartStart
Hi,
Some more information required:
What is the SmartStart version you are trying?
What is the OS you are trying to load?
Have you tried directly booting from the OS DVD and see how it goes?
Also try booting from SmartStart and perform a server diagnostics.
I work for HPE.
