Unable to install Win 2008 R2 on HP DL 380 G7 server

Hi, 

 

I am trying to install HP DL380 G7 with Windows 2008 64-bit R2 server, it works fine only when one processor is connected with hyper threading and core disabled, but once I connect second processor, it doesn't boot. Please help ASAP.

A little more info mught be usefull.

 

After adding the 2nd CPU, it doesn't boot Windows, or the machine doesn't POST? 

No support by private messages. Please ask the forum!

Are there any POST-Errors on the screen? Any Beep-Signals?
