Unable to open Network Utility

Hi there,

we want to configure / disable our Teaming of Network adapters. Since we installed the latest PSP for WS 2008 x64 we cannot open the Network Utility. It says: Service control manager database is locked. HP Network Configuration Utility can not be launched. Please try again later.

What can we do?
