Unable to ping new server
Windows firewall cannot run because another program or service is running that might use the network address translation component (Ipnat.sys).
Any advice would be very helpful.

Re: Unable to ping new server
The first thing to always check is your subnet mask and default gateway of that server. I am assuming that is correct.
Trying to find a process in Windows thats binding to a IP address and port is a lot more difficult but netstat -an may give you some clues.

Re: Unable to ping new server
Is there anything on that which might point to an answer?

Re: Unable to ping new server
I think your suspicions may be confirmed. If you look on your system you will see its listing on ports 1025 and 1028, which are common ports for a variety of backdoor trojans.
All the rest seem to have feasible users or seem legitimate.
