Unable to see TL891 Library on ES40 Alpha Server.

When I connect my TL891 Library up to an ES40 server using scsi Diff card it does not show up. I checked the scsi id's, the card is ok. My Library is at 5.14 firmware level, what am I missing here. I hookup any other device and it shows up.

there is scsi and there is scsi.....

SCSI SE
SCSI SE LVD
SCSI diff
SCSI diff LVD

LVD stands for Low Voltage Device.

check you have the right SCSI-type for both the library and the HBA.
I assume you have the library configured with two SCSI-id's (robot + drive)?
are there any other devices on the same HBA?
what type are those ?
some HBA's automatically switch between SE and DIFF, mixing diffent devices on the same bus is not a good thing (if works at all).
check the termination this should also be the same type

I have tried kzpba cards, kzpsa card, kcpca etc....the TL891 does not show up on the ES40 server. All cards show up on devices, could it be simply the cable I am using? the scsi id's are correct, I am at a loss!! help
