Unattended Server 2008 R2 installation per USB Stick on DL360 G6

Hello,

I try to install windows server 2008 R2 64 Bit per USB stick on a DL360 G6 Server with an unattended answer file. But when the setup configure the disks the installation stopps.
Can't install on disk0......

An installation per hand with USB Stick (witout the answer file) is working fine.

Does anaybody have an idea?
