Unattended boot

Using the ProLiant DL380 and likely the DL360 and DL580, what's the trick to get the server to automatically boot as soon as AC power reaches the power supplies?

Right now, in the event of a power failure, our UPS software performs an orderly Windows 2003 shutdown of the servers followed shortly by a complete UPS battery power down, read: no more power into the DL380. When AC power is restored to the UPS it is of course passed through to the server but the DL380 will not start to boot until the power switch is pushed. Not a vary workable solution for a 3:00 am black out.
