Unbalanced processor usage
Situation: When the machine is idle, processor 0 usage is at 1 or 2%. Processor 1 usage is averaging about 20%. Nothing at all is being done on this box. System Idle is between 92 and 99%. The processors are 300MHz, and of the same stepping.
Latest ROMPaq off of web site has been installed, and the SoftPaq from Smart Start 4.9 has been installed. 2000 is running SP1.
