Unrecoverable Intermodule Bus error (error code 0)

2ea DL380 G3 servers
Each have dual processors, 4GB ram, Mirrored 36 gb drives.
Installed - 2ea Qlogic 2342 HBA's and 1 dual port compaq 100mb NIC (heartbeat).
SAN attached -10TB
Teamed on-board nic 1GB

Since upgrade to Windows 2003 standard server and SFWHA 4.3, I am experiencing ASR on one node.
This configuration was working fine on 2000 server and Veritas Cluster server.

Both servers are configured identically.

Problem - One DL380 will ASR when attached to SAN shares and clients start to access data(after 20/30 minutes) After ASR restarts the system, I find the following in the Integrated Management Log: "Unrecoverable Intermodule Bus error (error code 0)"

The other node continues to run fine. Help!

Intermodule Bus Error usually points to a PCI installed device (ie: QLogic HBA's or Dual NIC). I would remove them 1 at a time and see if problem is resolved.
