Unrecoverable system error

One of my 5500 servers tripes over occasionaly, 2 or 3 times in succession with a BSOD unrecoverable system error. Problem is I cannot find any clues as to what is causing it, just the usual last reboot was unexpected. Anyone got any clues? This server can run for months without having this problem and at the time it happens nothing unusual is going on just the usual file and print duties

Make sure you have installed the Compaq Integrated Managment log viewer installed. This will help, I hope.
Any details on the BSOD would be greatly appreciated.
