Unsupported processors detected

Hi , My server will not boot .My server will not boot .
I have Pentium III Xeon 700/100MHZ and 4GB Ram.
First information when I boot machine is :

Unsupported processors detected , system halted.

I have tested the new processor and it is good. What could be wrong???
Of course i can't upgrade bios
Please help me !!!

Sounds like you have a bios that does not recognize the 700. Have you tried
swapping the 700 for a 550 or a 500 then doing the latest rompaq then swap
back your 700.
