Updates fo DL380 servers (G5, G6, G7 and G8)

Hi, going nuts here trying to find a way to update all hardware (firmware, iLo, Array,...) of my older HP DL380 servers. There used to be something like smart-update yet seems to de old fashion. What is now the way to go?

The easy way is to logon with ilo webinterface and update the servers, just did it on my gg 6 7 and 8

For G7 and G8 download the "Post Production + Supplements" SPP from here:

https://spp.hpe.com/custom

It include all Firmware and Drivers.

You can boot from the ISO, or Mount and Install on running OS.

G5 is 10Years+ old and G6 8Y+, you will not find any new Driver/Firmware.

I had the same issue - Couldn't find anything for my Proliant DL360P Gen 8.

Installed OK - No problems at all.

Interested to know any differences to the link posted above, as has a newer date.

edit - Just checked the link in the previous post, and for Gen 8 needed to click on Post Production, which then dates it to Nov 2017.
