Upgrade ML350G5 HARDDISK

We need to upgrade the space in our ml350g5 (e5410). I think there is inside a E200i/64 Controller with 2 500GB 1.5G SATA 7.2K 3.5" HDD in raid 1. So, which is your suggestion to upgrade the space ?

Add 2 disks of equal size and create an additional RAID 1 array. Move data as necessary.
