Upgrade Question

On my ML350 G3, I upgraded: video card, sound card, USB 2.0, internal DVD drive. Why should I upgrade to ML350 G5?

Microsoft Windows 2K3, Enterprise w/ SP-2 is the operating system. On a RAID 0 configuration with 2 GB of RAM.

What brand usb 2.0 card did you add. I tried a card and got a memory parity error until I removed it.
