Can I take out second hard disk, install SP1 then put in the HD if installation is ok. Otherwise swap the second one with first and so return in initial state? Thanks in advance.

Re: Upgrade SP1 Win2003
interesting. i thot RAID 10 requires a minimum of 4 drives to implement.
but from what u have described, this looks like a mirroring (RAID 1).
another alternative is to uninstall SP1 if there are any problem with the installation.
regards.

Re: Upgrade SP1 Win2003
Pul out a disk.
Do the update.
* If not successful.
Powerdown server.
Pull out de SP1 disk.
Pull in the order.
ReBoot
After a while, add the second disk.
If he is not rebuilding you have to clear the disk using ACU.
* if successful.
Pul back the disk into the system.
Sincerly.
