Upgrade a Proliant 3000

Hi

Is it pissible to install a S-ATA Controller like this one (http://www.highpoint-tech.com/USA/rr1544.htm) in a Proliant 3000 System? The Operating System is Debian Linux.

Hi,
Your card have
PCI-X at 64bit, 66/100/133MHz

Where as server come with
8 - Total slots constisting of:
5 - PCI
3 - Shared PCI 32-bit/33MHz and ISA, 16 bit

We might face problwm man.

Host side interface 32bit, 33MHz
