Upgrade processors of HP ML350 G5

Hi!

I have server HP ML350 G5 with processors 2xXeon5120, BIOS versions D21 06.16.2006.

I want to upgrade the 2xXeon5120 to ╨░ new 2xXeonE5430.

Can I make it?

Should I upgrade the BIOS?

I want to buy new processors without CPU-coolers in the city (not from resellers HP).

Can I install old CPU-coolers from processors 2xXeon5120 to the new processors 2xXeonE5430?

Whether the guarantee will be broken if I make the upgrade?

If you change from dual core to quad core you must change the entire PCB in the server, the chipset is different

What you think about this:

Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - HP ProLiant ML350 G5 (D21) Servers:
BIOS version 2008.08.04:
Added support for the latest Dual-Core Intel Xeon 5200-series and Quad-Core Intel Xeon 5400-series processors.

freddy if you already read the PDF and found that 5160 is supported in your actual system Board yes 5160 will work
