Upgrading Hard drives on ML330 G3

I have an ML330 G3 with 2 72GB SCSI hard drives RAID 1. Does anyone know the easiest way to upgrade/replace the 2 72GB hard drives with larger drives and still preserve the current operating system? Ghost maybe? And if so, how?

Any help would be appreciated.
