Upgrading Ram in ML 370 G3

I have a ML 370 G3 running Windows SBS 2000. The system currently has 1GB of RAM, recently i noticed the system has been running really LOW.

I purchased 4gb (2x 2GB of Crucial PC2700 184-pin)

Is there anything i need to do before installing this RAM software wise?

Never had to do a RAM upgrade on a server.

I would consult the servers user manual and quickspecs for supported memory configurations ...
