Upgrading Smart 2/E to Smart 2SL problem

I am currently running Windows 2000sp3 on a Raid-5 array connected to a Smart 2/E EISA card in EISA/PCI slot. I want to move the array to a 2SL in the PCI slot but after switching all of the hardware, reconfiguring everything in the EISA config, making sure that the new card is running current bios level (4.50A)... I can boot to the Service Console just fine and run CHKDSK with no problems. But... if I try to boot Windows, I get a blue screen saying "inaccessible boot device"...

Infact, if I just move the 2/E card to a different EISA slot, I get "inaccessible boot device" as well.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hello,
Please make sure that your boot controller order is set to first. You can also clear NVRAM and run system configuration.
