Upgrading a proliant 1200

I have an old proliant 1200 that has been gathering dust in a corner for a year now. I think it is a pII 233mhz model.

I am wondering can I upgrade this machine to a proliant 1600 allowing me to move to a dual piii machine?

If this is possible what parts would be required?

And finally what is the fasted piii processors I could fit in a proliant 1600.
