Re: Upgrading ml370 SCSI drives
how is the right way to intall the disk?
the o/s is win200sbs ?
i must reboot the server and continue the instalation with the compaqs smartareay cd?
if i add the 36gb disk to raid0 i think i have problems with the capacity because the ather disk on raid0 is 72 gb and the 64gb is data
can i add the disk just as a scsi disk?
the computer manager regnorize 32gb as basic
and 72gb as dinamic

You won't be able to add you 36Gb drive into an array together with you 72Gb drive without losing half of the largest drive's capacity.

Re: Upgrading ml370 SCSI drives
if yes, put in your drive, open the program, hit "create array", set the RAID level to 0, create a logical drive on the array.
two comments:
-These RAID levels are made to have redundancy in your system, so you shouldnt have any RAID 0's.
-There is a manual for this, I advise you read it.
