Upgrading old Storageworks 2003 Server to 64 Bit?

I have this awesome old Storageworks Machine (NAS 2000) with Dual XEONS and loaded with RAM and Hard Drives. Unfortunatley it won't let me load a 64 bit operating system. I looked for a BIOS toggle but could not find one. Is this thing forver a 32 bit machine or am I missing something? When I went to load a 64 bit OS it said it was in 32 bit mode, but I could not find where to change this to 64 bit mode.

Thanks!

Yes, that's it.. It's interesting because it has 64 bit slots, but can only load a 32 bit OS?  Is there a 64 bt mode I don't know about?

Thanks.

Am I just crazy here? Is this machine 32 bit forever and thus a door stop? I see they have 64 bit downloads but both windows 7 and server 2008r2 installers day it's in 32 but mode.
