Upgrading to Service Pack 5
I would like to have a step-by-step document/procedure for updating my server from Service Pack 3 to 5. I spoken to a couple of reps on the phone, and have received two different answers. I need to know all of the steps involved in updating the SSD, system and config utilities, etc.
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

Re: Upgrading to Service Pack 5
Very basic...
Update firmware first (if needed), run newer System Configuration Utility and save/exit (makes sure setup matches current firmware). Run SP5 installer and do NOT restart when prompted. Instead, immediately start our NT 4.0 SSD setup and do a Express install. Then restart...
