Using Acronis Snap Deploy to deploy image to DL320 G2's
I have a bunch of DL320 G2's that I am trying to build from an image using Acronis Snap Deploy 2.0 . The OS is MS Server 2003 SP1 and I've used images created both using & not using sysprep. It creates an image successfully & the image can be deployed to the same server without incident. When deploying to other DL320G2 servers that according to their hardware specs are identical with the original, Windows fails to start & gets a Blue Screen with a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error. This suggests that the servers are not identical at all.
Does anybody know any reason for this problem or whether there is some additional preparation step required for imaging this model of server for building others?

Re: Using Acronis Snap Deploy to deploy image to DL320 G2's
1 - May be try to use another imaging software like an old ghost release 9 ?
2 - Verify bios settings like raid attributes (size of the cache read/write, etc ...), bios versions between your servers ?

Re: Using Acronis Snap Deploy to deploy image to DL320 G2's
Thanks Dronnikov.
I tried Ghost v.8 & it froze while creating the image.
The RAID setup is identical, I think.
I'll check the cache setting.

Re: Using Acronis Snap Deploy to deploy image to DL320 G2's
In the end I abandoned trying to use Snap Deploy & used Proliant Rapid Deployment Pack.
