Using Gbe2 switch with RJ45 patch panels
Can we use a Gbe2 switch on one side of blade enclosure and RJ45 patch panels on the other? Enclosure has a mix of bl20p and bl35p.

Re: Using Gbe2 switch with RJ45 patch panels
I cant see why not. using 2 switches is for redundancy, so the enclosure will operate with only 1 switch in place.
bay1 uses ports 1 & 2 on both switches.
bay2 uses ports 3 & 4 on both switches
etc
