Using SAWK1000S5xnN7.2 in ProLiant DL360 G7
Hi,
I'm trying to get my new HDD's to work but they do not show up and the led light on the tray's are red.
Is there a way to get these disks to work?
P410i is on the latest FW version.
The old drives work fine.

Re: Using SAWK1000S5xnN7.2 in ProLiant DL360 G7
Hi Thomas,
Good Day. As per the information shared request you to check if the drive you have purchased is listed in the quickspecs of the server:-
https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getdocument.aspx?docname=c04284501
Please also refer to the quickspecs of the controller to check if the drive is supported and the capacity of drive supported:-
https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04111713.pdf
If drives are compatible then please raise a case with us using the below link:-

Regards,
Bunsol

Hi Bunsol,
Thanks for your reply.
The hdd in question is not listed in either quickspec I'm afraid.

Thomas
