VMWARE in PROLIANT BLADES

I have 2 virtual servers windows in my ESX in my Server BL25p
i my ESX i create a switch with my 3 net cards
i dont know why the net cards of my virtual server only sense 10mbs

can you help me with this

just try to install the vmware tools in your vm, and please use the vmxnet driver istead of the vlance driver.
