VMware ESX4.0 on HP DL120 G6

can i configure ESX4.0 on DL120 G6 server and the server config as mentioned below.
HP DL120 G6 (1) Intel® Xeon® processor X3430
(2.40GHz, 95W, 8MB, 1333, Turbo 1/1/2/3)/2GB
(1x2GB) PC3-10600E DDR3 UB ECC/Embedded HP
NC107i PCI Express Gigabit Server Adapter/HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID Controller,(2)HP 250GB 3G SATA 7.2K rpm LFF (3.5-inch) Entry 1yr
Warranty Hard Drive.

Hi!
According quickspecs (http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/13504_div/13504_div.HTML) VMWare is no officially supported, but in this server SmartArray B110i is used and the same raid controller is used in DL180 which supports VMWare (http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/13248_div/13248_div.HTML). I think, DL120 should work with ESX but i recommend you to add more memory.
