VMware Esxi 5 not working on HP DL 360 G5

I installed VMware workstation 8 on Windows 2008 R2. I am Getting error  "

"Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is disabled for this ESX VM. You will only be able to run 32-bit nested VMs"

 

My server Configuration :HP DL 360 G5 Intel Xeon 2x L5420

Yeup, go to the processor tab under the settings on the VM and enable virtualization for the processor.

 

Also you need to enable virtualization on the DL360 G5's BIOS if that's not already enabled.
