VRM 329267-001 = VRM 157825-001 , YES or NO ?

Hello,
I have a proliant ML350 G1 whith 1 PIII 866 and VRM 157825-001.
I have bought an another PIII 866 (the same), but i don't have VRM.
I can buy 1 or 2 VRM 329267-001, is-it compatible whith my proliant ML350 G1 ?
What's the technical difference between this VRM?

PPM that comes with the 866 is the

You should be able to get this from the HP parts store for around US$18.00.

The other PPM is compatible with a 866 processor but is used on the AP500 PC at that speed, not the ML350 G1:

For $18.00 don't burn up your new processor... get the right part.
