Re: Ventillateur Serveur HP Proliant DL380 Gen8 tourne a fond
Hi,
Thank you for the Post.
We understand you are facing loud noise issue on DL380 Gen8 Server.
It could be because the Fans may be spinning at higher speed and it may depends on multiple factors.
Please refer the below points :
1) Since when the issue started? any recent changes during the Power cut
2) If the Air conditioning is proper
3) Reset iLO : iLO GUI > Diagnostics > Reset
4) Update the Firmware of the components one by one and check for the status
i) iLO : https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_2a4f6e276e9d4eac9d3716e50b
ii) BIOS : https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_a5713a039d154a96aeb17be8de#tab-history
iii) Array Controller Firmware : Need Array controller and Operating System details to share the links
5) Power Cycle the Server
Please share the observations.
Thank you
