Version Control Repository Manager

what is VCRM? and should it be a node on my network where all servers store info on? coz am getting below message and when going to change agent setting i am asked for computer name, etc.
"Status cannot be calculated because a Version Control Repository Manager has not been named. Click on change agent settings to specify a Version Control Repository Manager."

or should each server itself be its own VCRM??
Well in my server Version Control Agent am trying to see if there are new updates available but the second column next to installed sw which must be showing new updates is not appearing.

Appreciate your help

Re: Version Control Repository Manager

VCRM is installed on a central SIMS server (HP Systems Insight Manager) and stores HP firmware and software updates fter it is configured to do so.
