Video card for Proliant DL380 G5

Hello.

 

I would like to run full HD (1920x1080) resolution from one of my Proliant DL380 G5 servers but at the moment its impossible. Problem is that embedded graphics chip is unable for resolutions like that so my question is is there some graphic cards that can work with that server so I can plug my preffered monitor behind it?
