Re: Videodriver DL320 G2

We tried using the drivers on the Win2k CD but he does not find a good driver. Windows then suggested to disable the device.

I've asked the customer to delete the VGA device and run the hardware scan again.

Is it possible that this is a hardware failure ?

I'll keep you informed...

Hi,

please try the debug command and see, what you have as graphics card.

Re: Videodriver DL320 G2

Hi Michael,

I've tried the debug command on a DL320 to which I currently have access. I cannot try it on the DL320 which currently has problems as it is remote.

Check the attachment for the output.

I've tried the same command on my own PC but I don't see the videodriver.

I did something wrong ?
Kind regards,
Jeroen.

Re: Videodriver DL320 G2

An update to this case :

HP has passed by and replaced the motherboard but this did not help. They also tried out several drivers but nothing helped.

We will upgrade this Win2000 server to Windows 2003 Server in some months and we'll see if this solves it. In the meantime the customer will login using Terminal Services which is still capable of running at higher resolutions.

A weird registry corruption ?
