Virtual backups/failovers on Proliant and Hyper-V
Anyone knows a good setup to be able to do failovers or disaster recovery of backups between two physical Proliant servers running Hyper-V guests? I guess SAN storage failover is good, but it is a Small Business so I guess it will be locally raided disks on both servers. Not crucial with live/instant failover, but just so there are backups than can be up and running again within some hours.
Anyone with a good sample setup that is safe in this way?
Cheers
Niklas

Re: Virtual backups/failovers on Proliant and Hyper-V
I believe you would need a Systems Center VMM (Virtual Machine Manager) for regular unattended snapshots of your VMs, which will let you restore them quickly - not sure about shared or failover situations.
