W2K Recovery Console
Hi All
i have a ML370G2 with the SA5i Array Controller installed.
Every time i will start the Recovery Console, i have to press F6 to add the SA5i driver.
What should i do, to load the SA5i driver automatically ?
Thanks for any suggestion...

Re: W2K Recovery Console
I am assuming that you have probably resolved this one already. however this is the first time I have seen the post so I will reply.
Myself and a collegue discovered this one when we experienced a BSOD when starting the Recovery Console on a DL380G2 server. This was to do with the lack of drivers for the Compaq Array 5i controller.
To resolve the problem.....
We copied the Cpqcissm.dll and .sys files to the C:\cmdcons folder.
Next we edited the txtsetup.sif file for the recovery console and added the following entries
[SCSI.Load]
cpqcissm = cpqcissm.sys,4
[SCSI]
cpqcissm = "Compaq Smart Array Conroller 5I"
Hope this helps anyway.
