W2K does not detect 15/30 DLT tape Drive
Server has 15/30 DLT installed. It mounts blank media fine.
After loading W2K Server to 2500 Proliant, all OK except there is no tape device in Device Manager, (or available in NT Backup). IIt does list the Smart Arry and Symbio Logic under SCSI devices.
Have searched for a driver for the 15/30 DLT, but cannot determine which driver, (if any), to download. If I had a driver. would loading it solve problem?
How can I get the server to see the tape drive so I can do backups? Please HELP!
Any and all help appreciated!
