WOL to Turn on

Is it possible to use a WOL program to turn an ML115 on or does it have to be resumed from a standby?

Thanks for that, does anyone know if it can switch on a machine or does it have to be in standby or hibernation?

Well it must have power on so I would have thought either standby or hibernation would be the minumum state
