Want to collect insight manager logs

Hi Al,

My server is having 2 logical partitions
1st partition is Raid 0+1 on which OPerating system is installed.
2nd partition is Raid 5 which is data partition.
Initially 1 hardisk shown umber light so tried to restore data on new hardisk with latest backup but restoration failed & now 2 hardisk in Raid 5 out of 3 hardisk showing umber light.
Error: battery problem on SCSI controller after booting

Want to collect HP insight manager log , server is booted but very much slow as it is running on RAID 0+1.

So is there any alternative way for collecting this logs ??
Can restore my configuration ??

Hi Giriraj,

What is the model, OS and generation of the server?

Try connecting the server remotely and connect get the IML logs from the SMH (is available).

I would also suggest a firmware upgrade on the controller if it is a Smart array controller.
